This tool offers the following accessibility customization options, which visitors can individually adjust via the accessibility button on the homepage:

- Screen reading: Option to have text read aloud; the website is made compatible with screen readers.
- Cognitive impairments: Assistance with reading and recognizing important elements.

5. Accessibility Notice and Mediation
If you believe that functions of our website do not meet the requirements of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), you can contact us at any time. We aim to find a mutually agreeable solution with you.
If, after contacting us, no satisfactory solution is found for content covered by the BFSG, you may initiate a mediation procedure under § 16 BFSG. After a six-week period, you have the right to contact the enforcement and monitoring body directly.
